Prioritized use cases and a plan for preparing the data
We compare suitable approaches: knowledge access through existing models, fine-tuning, or training your own model. For a pilot we prepare the data and set aside separate training and test holdings, plus success criteria.

I support integration into your workflows and infrastructure. That includes choosing the operating environment, access rules, quality assurance and the handover to your team.

You can start with an inventory and an assessment. We then agree a pilot, implementation and operation as needed. Scope and fees are settled before each commission.
